Shortly afterwards you'll receive a follow-up email from us with a link to our virtual consultation, during which we will capture measurements as well as your preference on trouser style and length.

We will send you a link to our online virtual consultation process, where we will guide you through taking a couple of measurements. You will need a tape measure and a smartphone (or tablet/device with a camera), all done from the comfort of home. The information captured is used solely by G&G for the purposes of custom-making your trousers.

No - sorry! We are trialling our service, to ensure everything is perfect before we launch and have a very restricted number of places on the trial.

We'd be really grateful if you would let us know as we have many other ladies on a waitlist for the trial. Please reply to the last email you received and let us know - it would be great learning for us if you could kindly include a note on why you decided not to go ahead!

Don't worry - we've got you covered, this is a trial after all and we may not get your perfect fit first time. First of all, we'll ask you for some feedback on what doesn't fit well - you might need to send a photo. Depending on the issue, we might be able to alter it for you, but you will always have the option to get a full refund once you have returned the trousers to us.

As we produce a unique pattern just for you and then custom-make each pair of trousers, It will take around 4 weeks between completing the next step (virtual consultation) and receiving your trousers. We'll send you an update when they're nearly ready to ship.
