What is the Fit Finder trial?

A once-in-a-lifetime chance to have luxury trousers custom made to your exact measurements and preferences, worth £280 - for just £20 P&P. In return, you'll help us perfect our new service by testing out our patent-pending Fit Finder Trousers (and providing us with feedback along the way).

Why are we screening triallists?

We need a range of different female sizes and shapes to ensure our new fit-from-home solution works for all women. We cannot guarantee that everyone will get selected for the trial but, as we have limited time to complete our trial, the sooner you complete the questionnaire below, the greater your chances of selection.

What's in it for YOU?

If you’re one of the lucky ladies that’s selected for trial, you’ll get to pick 1 of 4 trouser styles in black, made on demand to your exact measurements and fit preferences - and all for just £20 towards post & packaging costs. Our trousers are made with high quality fabric, are fully lined, have two front pockets and are made to last as well as made-to-fit.

You'll be able to choose from Skinny, Straight, Bootcut and Wide leg styles. We know you’re probably thinking “okay, I’ll take 5 please” but it's strictly one pair of trousers per triallist. As soon as the trial is over you can order as many pairs as you like.

Best of all?

Once you’ve got your perfect trouser fit, you'll never need to go through the measuring process again! We'll store the one-and-only ‘SIZE YOU’ forever, so you can get your perfect trousers in a whole range of future styles and colours. No more fashion waste / out of stock sizes / dealing with returns / putting up with uncomfortable fits (we could go on....)

What you'll need to do

If selected, we will send you a pair of Fit Finder trousers in the post. You'll be asked to book a short 10 min Zoom consultation with our fitting specialists, whilst wearing your Fit Finder trousers - we'll guide you in adjusting the trousers until you get to a fit you love. Then we'll take the adjustment details and make your final product to that exact same fit! You will need to:

Make sure you're around to receive your Fit Finder trousers in the post
Have a quick Zoom consultation and return your Fit Finder to us.
Wait patiently for 3-4 weeks whilst we make your final trousers
Give us some feedback

How Trial Selection Works

Step 1

Grab a tape measure and answer our screening questions using the Get Started link below. You must have a UK address & be available to complete your order over October.

Step 2

We'll let you know if you have met our trial criteria within a week or so. If successful, we'll send you information on the next steps.

Step 3

Return your Fit Finder trousers to us, we'll make your final product in 3-4 weeks. You will need to give us feedback on the Fit Finder process and your trouser fit.

Triallist Selection Q&A

First of all, we'll put you on a waitlist for your size group: if someone selected for the first round of invitations doesn't complete their order within the specified timeframe they'll drop out of the trial and we'll send invites to the waitlist!
