Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we always recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Each appointment lasts around 60 minutes. Please contact us to find out more.
What happens during an appointment?
Your one-to-one consultation takes place in a beautiful hotel setting, in a private room or suite. With a glass of champagne in hand, you’ll have the opportunity to browse our fabric books and linings, speak with one of our expert team, learn more about our bespoke and made-to-measure process and be measured for your outfit. It’s a relaxed yet personal experience, designed entirely around you.
Can I try on samples?
We bring our master model blocks and a wide selection of fabrics and linings to every trunk show. While we don’t travel with a full set of sample garments, these blocks give you an excellent sense of fit and style.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! Many of our clients make a day of it by bringing a friend, partner, or family member along. We love when the experience is shared.
My city isn’t listed, can I request a visit?
Yes! We’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in a tailoring appointment but don’t see your city on our list. Please email us at contact@gormleyandgamble.com and let us know where we should visit next.
What is the lead time after placing an order?
Orders are typically ready within 8 weeks. Follow-up fittings can be arranged remotely, so the process is seamless no matter where you are.
I’ve never had anything made before, what should I expect?
Tailoring is a personal journey, and we’ll guide you through every step. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve had pieces made before, our team will make the process clear, enjoyable, and entirely focused on you. Many of our clients return year after year to build their wardrobes, so you’ll be in good company as you start (or continue) your tailoring journey with us.
