The experience
We’ve dressed everyone from Oscar’s nominees to barristers starting their first trial, to the bride eloping. The woman rebuilding her wardrobe from scratch after having her first baby, and the one about to receive an OBE. Different women, different reasons, same starting point: a consultation to create something that actually fits and makes her feel unstoppable.
From the moment you arrive at your consultation, drink in hand, to the moment you collect your finished piece, the Holden & Hunt experience is designed to make you feel completely understood, and a little bit spoiled. The process is relaxed, personal and expertly guided, with plenty of room to ask questions, explore ideas and discover what feels most like you.

Our heritage
Meet the house
Holden & Hunt is a women’s tailoring house with its roots on Savile Row. Formerly Gormley & Gamble, it began as the first tailoring house in Savile Row’s 200-year history dedicated entirely to women.
Today, the House is owned and led by Rosie Holden and Jemma Hunt, who trained under founder Phoebe Gormley and spent years working within the business before taking it forward together.
The name has changed, but the spirit of the House remains: beautiful craft, a deep understanding of how women want to dress, and clothes made to be worn often, loved deeply and kept for years.
